The Employee Cafeteria serves a variety of healthy food choices and a pre-order kiosk to avoid the wait. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have two employee coffee bars that stock coffee, tea, water. An ATM is available on the premise and we handle cashless transactions through payroll deduction / Credit / Debit.
Complimentary Shuttle Service to the 3rd Avenue-138 Street 6 Station which runs 24 hours per day, seven days per week. It's available every 15 minutes and we have live tracking screens in our corporate office or on your iPhone / Android app.
Everyone's favorite perk is the Employee Store, where groceries are sold at a significant markdown. We encourage all employees to purchase the best quality food FreshDirect has to offer!
For employees who want their groceries delivered, we offer a 20% discount off any order placed through the FreshDirect website. Don't forget to tip your delivery person!

2. Donated in excess of 2.3 million meals to City Harvest and other food bank partners in 2018 alone
3. Collaborating with numerous public housing leaders and the Bronx Private Industry Council to create pathways to employment for Bronx high school students and residents.
4. Hiring 1000 Bronx residents since the opening of our new headquarters in the borough.
5. Giving away 2000 Thanksgiving turkeys to families in 2019.
6. Launching Operation 5-Borough Food Drive to distribute groceries to those facing food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
