About Bruckner Truck Sales
Our history at Bruckner's Truck Sales Inc explains a lot about our philosophy of service. B.M. "Bennie" Bruckner, Sr. founded Bruckner's Garage in Amarillo, Texas in 1932. With a strong sense of determination, ingenuity, marketing brilliance and a commitment to serving customers at the highest level, he established a thriving truck sales business that has prospered. Now, we have one of the largest new & used semi truck inventories in the United States.
Even during the early years, Bennie believed in the value of hiring "good people" who were equally committed to providing a high level of quality service. His philosophy provided inspiration to his son, Ben Bruckner Jr., who passed away in November of 2012, and it continues to inspire Ben's two sons, Brian and Chris Bruckner, as they lead the company forward. Today, our entire Bruckner's team remains committed to investing in the latest technology and equipment.
We maintain a well-stocked parts inventory and have the best trained and experienced diesel technicians in the country. The commitment throughout our network is to provide excellence in customer service in every department, every day.
Our Certified Uptime Dealerships help you make quick decisions about your truck so you can get back on the road sooner. Our technicians are trained to work efficiently and act with integrity. When you bring your truck in for repair or service, you’ll receive the best customer care.

VISTA (Volvo International Service Training Award) is an international competition open to all Service Market professionals within the Volvo Trucks’ and Volvo Buses’ global service network. Currently it is the world’s largest competition for Service Market personnel.
The aim of the competition is to help employees develop and improve their knowledge, skills, and ability to work as a team. Participants take part in teams of two to four people, and the competition starts with two parts of theoretical questions, which teams complete in their workshops. After these two parts, the best performing teams qualify for the World Semi-Final, this year taking place in Gothenburg – the home of Volvo Trucks. From this Semi-Final, 40 teams will qualify for the World Final, which will be held in Turin, Italy for the first time in the competition’s history.
More than a competition
However, VISTA is much more than a competition – it is a mass training event. The aim is to make us better at what we do every day. During VISTA, the participants improve their skills, new friendships are formed, and for many, it is an experience of a lifetime.
Better skills, better service, happier customers
VISTA is not only important for Volvo’s Service Market personnel – it is of great importance for the entire Volvo Group. It is a way of showing how much we value the hard work carried out at our workshops all over the world, and that we invest in what our customers appreciate most – world-class service.
For workshops, VISTA is a very effective way of motivating and inspiring employees and improving skills and knowledge of workshop personnel. These are all benefits that will lead to improved customer service and increased customer satisfaction.
