Our mission is to be a load bearing support for our customers, employees, shareholders, and community through the concept of H2S2 (Honesty, Simplicity, Harmony, and Stewardship). We have multiple domestic and international locations and are headquartered in Carmel, IN. 

Telamon takes special interest in the local communities in which our employee base is best served. We launched the Telamon Foundation in 2014, which places emphasis on non-profit organizations that specialize in arts and education. We strive to be involved in our local communities as a greater effort to help our communities grow and thrive.
