About Christian Horizons
Everything we do at Christian Horizons is driven by the conviction that every person is made in the image of God and is equally valued by Him.

Originally named Christian Homes, Inc., CH was founded in 1962 from an inspired man's dream of creating a Christian atmosphere where his lived ones could age with dignity.

Today, over 50 years later, we've become one of the nation's largest, faith-based, not-for-profit senior living providers - with 13 communities across four states, all deeply committed to the well-being of our residents and their families.

Our mission demands we continually evaluate the best way to serve residents and guests. Technology, expectations and amenities are always changing. It's more important than ever we grow to serve - so you may live and age better.

As a faith-based, not-for-profit, Christian Horizons’ mission has always been to honor God by delivering a continuum of care. Today, our mission continues. Across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Missouri, our nurses, nursing assistants, associates and staff are working tirelessly and purposefully to keep our residents safe and well and to ensure that our communities remain sources of friendship, support, inspiration and Christian values. To date, more than 1500 vaccines have been administered to residents across our ministry and approximately 65% of Christian Horizons associates are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
