For all roles, we process payments weekly and offer benefits that vary depending on which position you’re applying for.
Our PCA/HHA staff are well compensated per our relationship with SEIU 1199. If you are familiar with 1199, you’re aware that we have collaborated with them to offer the best overall compensation package in New York home care.
In addition to benefits like weekend differential payments, a highly competitive hourly wage, and an unheard amount of PTO, you also gain access to education resources to further your professional development. We are proud to say that several of our paraprofessional caregivers have continued on their path in healthcare and have come back to us as Registered Nurses due to these amazing resources.
