About Pine Valley Services
Pine Valley Services includes Pine Valley Residential Services, Pine Valley Integrated Services and Pine Valley Properties. Our goals at Pine Valley are to help individuals see and reach their greatest potential, to create meaningful change in the lives of those who need it most. To overcome the embarrassment often associated with seeking help. To reverse the social stigma of mental illness and developmental disability. To create a more inclusive community for all individuals.
The journey began when my mother started doing in home "foster care" for disabled adults while my father worked as a social worker with community support programs in Juneau County, Wisconsin. This work led them to purchase two family owned and operated community based residential homes for developmentally disabled adults. They ran these homes for almost fifteen years, while my sisters and I were growing up. This work is both a legacy and a labor of love, this is reflected in not only myself but in the amazing women who make up my administrative and clinical teams.
We currently operate (9) assisted living facilities through Pine Valley Residential Services; our Residential Program in central Wisconsin. We specialize in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with complex mental illnesses.
Through Pine Valley Integrated Services, our team of licensed professionals provide counseling services in multiple locations and also offer behavioral health programming for hospitals, clinics and school districts. We also provide employee assistance programming, training and consultation as part of our consultation services.
We work to support our local communities by using local vendors, contractors and suppliers. We purchase and restore community homes which we use for our residential needs and for our offices with Pine Valley Properties.
We strive to motivate our employees to achieve their highest potential through education and information. We offer opportunities for growth and expansion within the company. We encourage an environment of teamwork and communication between our employees that allows us to facilitate positive outcomes
