Turning Point Community Programs

Turning Point Community Programs has offered a path to mental health since 1976. Today we operate in over 40 programs in several Northern California counties. Our mission is to provide integrated, cost-effective mental health services, employment and housing for adults, children and their families that promote recovery, independence and self-sufficiency.
