Our Restaurants
M Hospitality operates four dining establishments and over seven locations in and around the Jacksonville area. Each of our restaurants has its own personality and aura.

Matthew’s Restaurant in San Marco, with its elegant, white linen-topped tables, invites guests to enjoy an intimate meal of pristine seafood, handmade pasta or locally and regionally sourced meat dishes.

Offering a more casual yet still refined atmosphere, visitors to Restaurant Medure in Ponte Vedra Beach often begin their evening with a specialty cocktail and appetizers, followed by a seasonal scratch-made entree and a creative soufflé to cap off the evening.

M Shack on Atlantic Beach, geared more toward the flip flop-wearing crowd of tourists and locals on the go, features Medure’s spin on ‘fresh casual’ fare – burgers, hand-spun milk shakes and other classic comfort food, enhanced with fresh ingredients and top quality all natural, hormone-free beef.

Since its opening in the spring of 2017, Rue Saint-Marc quickly became a neighborhood favorite in San Marco. Partnered with executive Chef Scott Alters and fiancé Gabby Saul, the pair combines fine dining and crafted cocktails in a casual atmosphere. Whether at the community table or sitting at the bar, an open kitchen allows you an opportunity to watch the chefs skillfully create one fleeting masterpiece after another.
