It can be super tricky to know if you're making environmentally friendly shopping choices, so we want to make it easier! Our aim is for all our products to be made from recycled or other sustainably sourced materials by 2030. This actually already applies to 57% of the materials that we use.

H&M is looking for hard-working students with an open mind and entrepreneurial spirit to join our Leadership Training Program (LTP). We offer unique training opportunities for MBA students in our New York Corporate Office. Trainees will learn firsthand from industry experts across areas of Merchandising, Customer Activation, Business Tech, and E-Commerce.

These programs will help you further develop your skillset and enable you to make a positive impact on business strategy. You can expect to work alongside exceptional managers and mentors who will help guide your progress throughout a 12-month journey.
Your assignments are tailored based on high-priority business needs. At the end of the program, you’ll be prepared for the ever-changing retail landscape, and have a chance to join the H&M team on a permanent basis.

LEAD (Learn, Educate, Accelerate, and Develop) is an accelerated internal training and development program for current Store Managers. This program provides access, education, and development to managers that identify as members of underrepresented groups to grow into senior-level roles within the organization. Each participant is paired with a mentor who supports in developing skillsets in areas such as communication, conflict resolution, engagement, business acumen and more. Through LEAD, we invest not only our colleagues development and growth, but the future leadership of H&M. We believe in developing our employees & watching them grow
