Training:

-Provided training materials including manuals, online learning and knowledge review
-New hires go through a week-long orientation at their home center and then are sent to a certified trainer for 2 weeks
-Conduct hands-on, one on one training and group training sessions
-Ongoing training/meetings throughout one's career such as: monthly educational calls, ongoing enrichment and an international sales meeting that takes place every other year

PAY IT FORWARD!

Hair Club supports and encourages the employees located in the Boca Raton, Florida location to contribute to their local communities through the Pay It Forward ("PIF") employee volunteer program. Hair Club successfully launched this program in 2015. Each year, the employees submit recommendations for registered 501(c)(3), non-denomination, not-politically-affiliated organizations to support. Hair Club invites the nominees to our annual Volunteer Fair which provides the employees an opportunity to meet with the organizations, ask questions, and find out about the roles they will have in future volunteer opportunities. Following the Volunteer Fair, an election is held and the Human Resources Department connects the employees with the top four (4) organizations through group volunteer opportunities.
