The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) transforms college students into leaders to advance their careers.
With more than 1.2 million members and 700+ chapters, the NSLS is the nation’s largest leadership honor society. Students are selectively invited based on academic achievements and leadership potential, with the average chapter inviting less than 20% of their student body.
Members join a community of like-minded, success-oriented individuals. This nationwide network of peers offer support and motivation to hold each other accountable to ensure everyone is making continued progress toward their long-term goals.
Plus, members gain lifetime access to career-building benefits such as an exclusive job board, a personalized letter of recommendation, and one-on-one coaching. We also award $350,000 in scholarships to members every year.

Our students worry they’re not gaining the skills employers seek in their regular curriculum. They are looking for ways to gain these tools and make valuable connections with a community that will push them out of their comfort zone.
Our unique, accredited leadership certification helps students maximize their collegiate years by equipping them for life after graduation. This training program teaches the leadership skills employers seek in employees to give members an edge as they embark on their careers.

The NSLS offers a unique opportunity for experienced student leaders who are passionate about positively impacting the lives of their fellow students. This is a paid internship for those who want to facilitate leadership programming on their campus.
Interns gain valuable, real-world experience in management, communication, budgeting, public speaking, marketing, and event planning. The Student President intern manages the day-to-day operations of the campus NSLS chapter and reports to a member of the National Office team.
