Harbor Light Hospice

Harbor Light Hospice was founded in January 1994 and has grown to include 6 separate entities. Harbor Light Hospice with locations in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio & Arizona. Hospice Care of the Northwest with locations in Oregon. Hospice Care of the Rockies located in Colorado and Hospice Community Care located in Texas and Nebraska.

Harbor Light's Mission is to provide dignified end-of-life care that will allow its patients and their families to live life richly, deeply and meaningfully for as long as it may last and to die with dignity in the setting of their choice. This deeply rooted approach to providing hospice care is an integral component of every employee of Harbor Light.
