About InnovAge
InnovAge PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is an alternative to nursing facilities. It provides customized healthcare and social engagement to older adults to help them stay independent. Most of us want to age in place, meaning we want to grow older in our own homes and communities. InnovAge PACE helps people do just that.
Nursing isn’t just a job at InnovAge: it’s a career. Being a nurse is a calling to serve. Nurses have the enormous privilege of preserving human dignity amid uncertainty and in bringing hope to our participants.

▪️ 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲. “Interdisciplinary team members all have their say in participant care. You’re able to discuss with specialists from each area and combine them in a way that makes better decisions for the participant,” says Tony, home care RN.
▪️ 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀. “I always learn something from our participants. When you’re talking to them, you’re interacting with history,” says Garry, clinic LPN. “Also, they have such a diverse amount of things they need care with. I’ve learned so much about how to care for those with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and mental illness.”
▪️ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆. “I love that I get to see the same co-workers and participants daily. Continuing that camaraderie every day, knowing participants can come to me with anything, makes this particular role unique to working in a hospital system,” says Yvette, InnovAge registered nurse (RN).
▪️ “𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿” 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸. “My schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8-5. We don’t work night shifts or holidays except when we’re on call,” says Thao, primary community nurse.
▪️ 𝗖𝗼𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀. “I always have a good support system at InnovAge,” says Sagine, nurse practitioner. “I never feel alone as a healthcare professional here, and I like that aspect.”
