Application and hiring process
Once you apply for a position at Bread Financial, one of our HR Recruiters will be reviewing your resume submission soon. If it’s a good match, they will be in touch to schedule a phone call. Your recruiter will help prepare you for the interview experience with the hiring manager and team. For many positions, we use digital interviewing. You’ll meet with 3-4 associates (one-on-one) and they will ask you behavioral based interview questions. Your in-house recruiter will guide you through the process all the way through to your first day on your new job. We strategically prepare for the onboarding of our new associates by ensuring they get the proper introduction to the company through orientation and training courses along with the technology to ensure you’re successful.
