Founded in 2006, PCG Capital is a private investment firm with assets and experience in the real estate, technology, payment processing, sports and recreation industries. Initially focused on land acquisition and development, Penn Cove Group saw dynamic diversification in late 2013. Holdings expanded beyond real estate and fintech, to community development and family entertainment. By leveraging our experience, PCG Capital is able to identify investment and development opportunities across a variety of industries to act quickly and effectively.

Since its inception, the firm has invested over $50 million in the renovation and management of their sports and entertainment holdings. These include the Allegheny Health Network Sports Complex at Cool Springs in Bethel Park, PA and the Oxford Athletic Club in Wexford, PA. PCG Capital is the primary owner and operator of these facilities and brings its reputation as a forward-thinking company focused on providing an unparalleled product and amenities to the markets they serve. In addition to sports and recreation, PCG Capital holds Pineapple Payments, PCG Real Estate and North Park Sports Complex in its portfolio.

Founded in 1977 and renovated in 2015, Cool Springs has been the ultimate destination for families, athletes and businesses for over forty years. Designed for people of all skills and interests, our diverse offering includes an award-winning driving range and miniature golf course, FIFA regulation size indoor turf field, hardwood courts, Pro Shop, co-working space and banquet hall.

With more than 169,000 square feet under one roof, the Allegheny Health Network Sports Complex has the unique capacity to simultaneously host clubs, leagues, tournaments and championship events throughout every season. The driving range at Cool Springs has won numerous awards for its TopTracer technology, comfortable and luxurious amenities and beautifully landscaped hillside. Our campus proudly sprawls over 55 acres and includes two restaurants, six retail shops, one senior living center and much more.

North Park Sports Complex (NPSC) is a locally owned and operated indoor sports complex conveniently located near North Park in Allegheny County. We offer both and adult sports leagues, camps, and clinics all year long. In addition to field sports, we also offer Ultimate NERF and Sports Xtreme Birthday Parties for kids and adults of all ages. Our indoor FIFA regulation size field can also be converted to a tradeshow/convention space, and used as a multi-purpose space. We are more than an indoor park, we also offer extensive outdoor space for Summer Camps, Eco-Adventure camps, parties and more.
