One Hope United

Since its inception, One Hope United’s purpose has been to care for children and to ensure they grow up in safe, loving environments. Today OHU’s team of over 800 talented professionals serves thousands of children and families each year in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Florida in the following areas:

EARLY LEARNING AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT

Educating, nourishing, and empowering young children and families at our 12 Child Development Centers, each of which carries the prestigious National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation.

PLACEMENT

Creating loving families through recruitment and training of foster parents, placing children in the public welfare system in safe, nurturing homes, and operating therapeutic residential facilities and independent living programs.

COMMUNITY-BASED FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES

Providing case management and therapeutic interventions to youth and families at risk of abuse, neglect, and serious behavior problems through counseling, family preservation, prevention programs, and youth services.
