Our Vision
Belmont Village is nationally recognized for its premier senior living communities. We trace our success to a founding vision to see aging as a gift and to serve residents with an uncompromising program of architecture, hospitality and care. Rooted in our vision is the acknowledgment of the needs of residents and the opportunities that remain to live a rich and fulfilling life. This approach provides purpose and precision in every decision within our company including the neighborhoods that we select, life safety standards, space planning, information technology, human resources, and program development. It has engendered the development of a rich array of therapeutic activities and lifestyle choices that are supported by university scholarship along with valuable feedback from residents, families, and staff. It promotes total wellness throughout the aging process and helps our residents lead measurably better lives.

A Culture Of Caring
OUR EMPLOYEES ARE OUR GREATEST ASSET

Belmont Village Senior Living owes its success to dedicated employees. Our business is a people business, and the team members in each of our communities work hard to support each other and our residents. We offer a variety of rewards for employee tenure and performance, and we participate in philanthropic initiatives. Our President’s Club program awards bonuses to employees at communities with full occupancy. Belmont Village helps employees affected by natural and catastrophic disasters through the BV Cares Program, matching donations from residents, families, fellow employees, and friends dollar for dollar.

YOUR SUCCESS IS OUR SUCCESS

Our management is focused on creating employee-resident centered communities. “I’m passionate about senior care AND our employees,” says Belmont Village founder and CEO Patricia Will. “When I visit our communities, I’m there to listen. I want to learn what our employees need to excel and make that happen. By supporting them, I’m supporting our residents and their families too.”

RELATIONSHIPS MATTER – A LOT

We encourage our staff to form personal, lasting bonds with our residents. A low staff turnover means that our residents gets to know staff members and can feel safe and secure. Lasting relationships with our residents mean that our staff can anticipate requests when providing assistance and feel great knowing they are providing complete care.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING FURTHER YOUR CAREER

To ensure top quality care, we want our staff to be educated on the nuances of current senior care practices and provide them the tools to do so. Our employees have ample opportunities for upward mobility, and we provide our staff with training programs designed to help them advance.
