About Dunelm
Home. There’s no place like it. And there’s no feeling like helping people create the joy of feeling truly at home. At Dunelm, that’s what we do. We’re the UK's number one choice for homewares because we make home life lovelier for our customers. And the caring and supportive culture we've created makes this a place you'll feel right at home too.
Sharesave scheme
Thanks to our sharesave scheme, almost 1,000 of our colleagues are splitting a 10.8m payout. Colleagues put away 3.9m over three years through monthly contributions and have been able to buy discounted shares, meaning that their savings have almost tripled.

Our Chief People Officer and Stores Director, Amanda Cox said: "We're thrilled our colleagues have this opportunity to become shareholders."
Delivering Joy Christmas Campaign
Wow, what a year 2021 was! Through an uncertain year, our Dunelm Colleagues have pulled together like never before and we are super proud of the amazing initiatives we have launched in our local communities. From delivering Christmas gifts and food to those in need, to offering time and assistance to anyone living alone through lockdown.

Here’s a short video of some of our Community highlights – none of which would have been possible without our amazing colleagues and customers.

Thank you for all your time and support and here’s to an amazing 2022! ?
Dunelm Colleague Networks
Dunelm is committed to creating a fully inclusive environment that is representative of our customers and locations.

We recognise the value and importance in inclusion and diversity and welcome applications from all candidates regardless of sex, age, race, religion, disability, neuro-diversity, gender or sexual identity, socio-economic background or education.

Our Vision is to create thriving colleague networks to celebrate the uniqueness of all our people. We will harness the power of diversity to build a workforce where everyone feels that they belong.

Our networks will offer a safe space for people to connect, share experiences and make meaningful change.

Our networks are ran by the colleagues, for the colleagues. They have support from our leadership team to drive meaningful change to ensure Dunelm is a truly inclusive place to be, where everyone feels they can be their whole self.

We currently have four colleague networks: Disability & Neurodiversity, Gender Equality,  LGBTQ+ and Race & Ethnicity, and together we’re continuing to drive meaningful change.
Move For Mind
We are now over six months into our partnership with Mind and we have raised over £250,000!

A huge thank you to our colleagues who have got involved so far.

Now, we have a challenge to raise even more funding and get active with the Move for Mind winter event. In this event, we challenge our colleagues to get going, raise money and fight for mental health by setting themselves a 30 day exercise and fundraising goal.

What this looks like is up to them – they might walk around a car park, dance down the aisles or even raise money by doing the housework. We are looking forward to seeing the creative and fun ways our colleagues will find to move for mind!
Why work for us?

That's not all, in our Store Support Centre, Stores, Distribution, Customer Contact Centre and Manufacturing Centres, you’ll find we’ve created working atmospheres that are friendly, open and co-operative. Equally as important, we’ve established training and development programmes that could see you progress develop valuable new skills and experience. After all, we’ve ambitious plans for the future, and we want our employees to grow with us.
Natural History Museum x Dunelm Collaboration
In February, we celebrated the launch of our collaboration with the Natural History Museum by hosting an event for press and influencers at the beautiful Old Sessions House in London, followed by an evening drinks reception, hosted by CEO Nick Wilkinson. The new collection, which includes furniture, soft furnishings, wallpaper, bedding, upholstery, and home accessories offers our customers the opportunity to enjoy a stunning range of exclusive homewares designed and produced in collaboration with the Museum and reflecting the ethical and sustainable standards at its heart. The Museum’s assets inspired the Dunelm design team to create a series of completely bespoke designs – inspired by everything from the Museum’s famous architecture to some of its fascinating collections, beginning with botanicals and palaeontology.

We've captured highlights of the day in this short video, including guests enjoying an exclusive preview of the collection and taking part in a botanical watercolour workshop, inspired by key prints from the range.

We hope you enjoy seeing this collection brought to life as much as we have enjoyed working with the Natural History Museum on this exciting and inspiring collection.
