Franciscan Ministries

Franciscan Ministries, sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, is a nonprofit Catholic system offering senior living, healthcare and community-based services in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Franciscan Ministries provides community-based health care services in Illinois and Indiana to support families and their loved ones in all stages of life. Additionally, they support St. Jude House, a family violence prevention center and shelter in Indiana that serves survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and their dependent children. In Chicago, at-risk, young women benefit from the Madonna Foundation, which provides tuition assistance for Catholic, secondary education.

Franciscan Communities, a subsidiary of Franciscan Ministries, sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, provides quality senior living and compassionate healthcare services including independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services and more. Franciscan Communities owns and operates ten senior living communities in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
