About Welcome Break
Welcome Break is the now one of the largest independent motorway service operators in the UK and has led the revolution in changing the motorway service sector.
We've been around for over 50 years and we now have 27 sites, 5 standalone hotels and a Welcome Break Support centre in the UK. Our 5,000 strong team strive to deliver a welcome break for our customers’, offering world class hospitality and retail in brands such as Waitrose, Starbucks, Subway, Harry Ramsden’s, Tossed, KFC, Ramada, Days Inn, Burger King, BP, Shell and Papa Johns, all in a friendly and relaxing environment. Everyone deserves to get a warm welcome and enjoyable break with the very best service, facilities, food and drinks we can provide.
Our business is all about people, the 80 million people who visit our sites each year, the teams who make the business a success. A big part of what we do at Welcome Break, and something that everyone in the team is passionate about, is supporting our charity partner BBC Children in Need. So far we have raised over £2 million for UK charities, through our teams dedication and our customers generosity.

Flexibility is important to us so we may need you to help out when needed but we will work with you and ensure our rotas are with you are far in advance as possible.
