Zynex, Inc. was founded by Thomas Sandgaard in 1996 to develop advanced electrotherapy technology that alleviates chronic pain and aids the recovery of patients affected by debilitating illnesses.

Through the dedication and hard work of our team, the company has established itself as a global leader in the manufacturing of electrotherapy devices for pain management, physical rehabilitation, neurological diagnosis, and cardiac monitoring.

We are dedicated to combating the opioid epidemic, and our NexWave device is a safe alternative to opioids for the management of intractable pain.

Zynex has been ranked 13th in revenue growth among all medical device companies in the U.S. and Canada on Deloitte's 2020 Technology Fast 500.

Our proprietary medical devices are offered through our three subsidiaries: Zynex Medical™, Zynex Monitoring Solutions™, and Zynex NeuroDiagnostics™.

Zynex Medical’s product line is FDA-cleared and includes advanced electrotherapy products for home use. It upholds the company’s mission of improving the quality of life of patients suffering from impaired mobility due to stroke, spinal cord injury, or debilitating and chronic pain.

Zynex Monitoring Solutions™ develops devices for clinical cardiac monitoring, whereas Zynex NeuroDiagnostics™ manufactures products for EMG and EEG neurological diagnostics.
