Hickman's Family Farms

Hickman's Family Farms is a family-owned farm located in the west valley. We have about 10 million chickens in Arizona, and we are the largest egg producer in the American Southwest. We employee hundreds of outstanding workers, and our company is always growing.

We employ workers of all skill levels. Our processing crew comes in the morning to pack and process eggs into cartons, and our sanitation crew comes in the evening to clean the plant and prepare for the next day's run. We have warehouse staff that work in our coolers and prepare the product to be shipped to distributors. We have a transportation team of drivers and dispatchers who move everything from chicken feed to refrigerated eggs and supplies. We have a state-of-the-art carton manufacturing operation. We also run a further processing plant where we turn our eggs into hard-boiled and liquid egg product. We even make our own chicken food at our Feed Mill. We have a fertilizer plant that turns manure into a premium fertilizer product. We have a complete shop staffed by experienced diesel mechanics, heavy equipment mechanics, welders, machinists, electricians, HVAC techs and just about any other skilled trade. We have a dedicated corporate support team with Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, Marketing and Human Resources.

We give back to our community, donating for schools and other local charities. We are family owned, so we don't report to any investors in some far off city. Even when it costs a bit more, we do things the right way; the Hickman's way.
