FHR (Fellowship Health Resources, Inc.) fosters hope and recovery, providing behavioral health services to improve the quality of life for individuals living with mental illness and addiction disorders. FHR began providing services as the first community residence in the state of Rhode Island in 1975. Since then, FHR has expanded the scope of its services, and now offers a network of community-based programs to over 6,200 individuals through a person-centered approach across 7 states – Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia.

Clearly evident in its mission, FHR and its staff believe that all persons living with mental illness can and do recover, and with access to supports and resources can and do lead self-determined, independent, and fulfilling lives as contributing members of the community.
