Cindy started her career with La-Z-Boy at one of our store locations in a customer support role. She took the initiative to assist in other areas of the store using her background in visual merchandising and the management soon realized her potential and encouraged her to apply to a Design position for a brand-new store opening in Michigan. Cindy was promoted to Designer and continues her success in this role today.
Cindy's favorite part of working for La-Z-Boy:
I really enjoy helping my clients solve their design problems. I get a lot of personal gratification when I can figure out what they need and making their dreams happen. I enjoy knowing that I've helped to make their home more functional as well as beautiful. Making their lives better and making them happy!

About Efrain:
Efrain joined the Dayton, TN team in 2017 and has held several roles in the Poly department and was part of the fiber fill team as well. Today Efrain is a part of the Poly Hot Melt team and does this work with such precision.
What is your favorite thing about working at La-Z-Boy?
"I knew before becoming and employee that I wanted to work here because of the reputation and benefits. I love that in production, there's not a lot of down time, so the day goes quickly and I can get home to spend time with my family."
