We take the time to gather the tools and identify the resources that will enable us to provide ample opportunities for individuals to make informed and healthy choices about their lives. Our mission is to build an inclusive and supportive community for the people we serve and we are doing just that - one individual at a time.

PARKER PERSONAL CARE HOMES, Inc. was founded in 1995. Since then, we've grown from one small group home for adults with disabilities, to a well-established organization that provides a large variety of services. The supports that we offer include: Foster Care Services, Children's Extensive Supports, Supported Living Services, Family Care Giver, Host Homes, Community Participation Services, Supported Community Connections, Specialized Habilitation, Independent Living Services and Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
