Our roots go back to a small family business established by Alfred and Merrill Laven Albany, NY in 1956 installing in-ground vinyl swimming pool liners. Decades later, Mark Laven, our current Vice Chairman of the Board, became Latham’s CEO and led our company through the evolution of Pacific Pools to Pacific Industries to our current name, Latham Pool Products. We have grown through multiple acquisitions and significant organic growth and currently have $400 million in annual revenue, 2,100 employees (370 are outside of the U.S.) and 28 locations. We are led by Scott Rajeski, President & CEO since 2017 (and formerly, CFO since 2012) and owned by private-equity firm Pamplona Capital Management.

All Latham Pool Products are proudly manufactured in our multiple high-tech facilities throughout the U.S., Canada, New Zealand and Australia. We build close to home so we can monitor every process for quality, and ensure prompt delivery to our customers.
