• First 50 Days: Clinician Onboarding: In their first 50 days not only will new clinicians gradually increase their patient caseload, but they will also receive interactive content that relates to their daily in-clinic experiences.
• Clinical Mentorship: ATI also offers a 4-month long Clinical Mentorship program to provide support and development both clinically and professionally.
• MSK Certificate: The MSK Certificate presents an educational opportunity for the busy clinician. This program includes a 5-course series, each six weeks long with materials to be completed at the clinician’s own pace.
• Explore ATI: Explore ATI is a 2-year travel program for new and seasoned physical therapists that offers stability, support and career paths to a permanent placement setting.
• Clinical Specialist: ATI offers opportunities to developing skills towards treating specialty populations including but not limited to pelvic health, obstetrics, hand (CHT), limb loss and more.
• Leadership Development: Ready to expand your impact beyond your own patients? ATI offers pathways to becoming a clinical, multi-site or district director.
