Veteran Buddy Program
In 2015, we launched our Veteran Buddy Program that pairs Ryder employees who are military veterans with new veteran employees. The program is designed to help ease the transition from military to civilian life, which can be a major challenge for recently separated veterans returning to the workforce.

Pathway Home Diesel Technician Training Program
In 2016, we launched the free Ryder Diesel Technician Career Skills Program in partnership with the U.S. Army. The program is designed to train current active duty military members for placement into a Technician position at one of the over 800 Ryder service locations after military service. We offer the training at multiple U.S. Army installations.
