Amidst the “GreatResignation” where many are leaving one company for another, I continue to choose Bosch. As my 7-year anniversary approaches I’ve found myself reflecting on my “why.” Why (still) Bosch?
I began my career with Bosch in a 24-month junior managers program designed to help you learn different facets of the business and enhance your leadership skills – it even affords you the opportunity to work abroad. Throughout the last 7 years, I’ve worked (by choice) in 4 different functional areas, been promoted 4 times, received formal training in project and change management, lead multiple large-scale, high-visibility projects and have learned about cutting edge technology.
Bosch is a place where my thoughts and opinions are valued, where I have autonomy to make change and where I can shape tomorrow. The profits earned from my contribution to the business directly benefits charitable work in health, education and more!
