Our Contact Centres – Are you EE?

You don’t need contact centre experience, just that certain spark, that je ne sais quoi that surprises and delights customers.

We look for people with a natural instinct to help. People with the determination not to be beaten. People with real strength of character. It can be tough at times, taking call after call, not knowing who you’ll be speaking to next or how the conversation will start. But nothing will faze you. And you’ll use your unique personality to take the call where you want it to go.
Life in our Contact Centres
We’re already the UK’s best network. So your job will be to help us to become the best for service, too. We see beyond experience, so don’t discount yourself if you haven’t worked in a contact centre before. We have millions of conversations with customer’s every day, from all kinds of people, about all kinds of things. You could be doing anything from explaining a bill or sorting a payment issue, to talking through the features of a shiny new smartphone.

Open 365 days a year, our contact centres are fun, friendly places where everyone – whether you’re a student or parent, full-timer or part-timer – is championed to perform at their best.
