Allen Marine Tours, Alaska’s premier day-cruise company, is seeking enthusiastic, hard-working applicants to join us this tour season to provide a level of extraordinary service we call ‘True Alaskan Hospitality’. We are looking for crew members with a strong sense of team spirit, a proud professionalism, and a desire to deliver unparalleled guest experiences. Our family-owned company has a wide range of positions available in Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka, Yakutat and Glacier Bay. From vessel and lodge crew, to shore support and tour dispatch, we do it all!
A Little About Us:
Bob and Betty Allen bought their first tour vessel in 1970. Allen Marine Tours has grown from their guiding legacy into one of the oldest, largest and most well-respected tour operators in Southeast Alaska.
To date, our fleet has grown to over 30 U.S. Coast Guard certified passenger vessels. Our shipyard in Sitka hand crafts custom, aluminum, jet-powered vessels that fly through the water, speeding crew and guests alike to view nature's spectacle. As a local, family-owned and operated company, we put our heart into everything we do; continuously striving to contribute to our local economies, to protect our pristine wilderness environment, to sustain our quality of life and to preserve the integrity of our Native cultures.
