Sales Associates:
Our Talented Sales Associates are paid a competitive rate, based not on the dollar amount that they sell, but by the product. This way, a Sales Associate is never penalized for selling a room package or items on sale. We don’t believe our sales associates should pay for our advertising. Our support staff and management are paid a competitive market rate based on skills, experience, education and performance. We also have the opportunity for incentive bonuses. Everything that we do is directed at how to help our Sales Associates to sell to our customers. And we do that by empowering our Sales Associates and store management and paying them well to take care of the customer.
Distribution Center:
Our RTG DC team is full of innovative and hard working individuals. Our motto of “One Team, One Goal” is expressed through our ability to continually set and achieve new goals. We are constantly looking for ways to improve upon our excellent RTG Customer experience via incorporating our “Listen to your Team” strategy to problem solving.
Customer Service:
Our Care Center is RTG's Central Hub! The Rooms To Go Care center is the fast-paced central hub of all that RTG does for its customers. In our Care Center, we have the honor of serving and caring for all RTG Customers across the nation. From scheduling our customers initial delivery, to helping them care for their products through their Warranty and Service Contract periods, our team is involved and ready to assist!
