Match Employee Giving:
onsemi supports employees in their giving efforts by matching donations dollar-for-dollar up to $1,000 USD per year, per person, with a minimum of $1 USD, to qualified organizations. Additionally, onsemi matches volunteer time commitments of employees in North America (rolling out to employees in Asia, Q3 ’22 and Europe, Q4 ’22) with a $10 USD (or country equivalent) for every employee hour volunteered at an approved cause up to $1,000 USD (or country equivalent) per year, per employee. With these initiatives, we harness the collective goodwill of our people and channel it to make a difference in the world helping to make employees’ generosity go even further.
