Klosterman Baking Company

This Klosterman might just have more bread (of the eating kind) than anybody in the Cincinnati area. Klosterman Baking makes some 50 varieties of baked goods -- such as sliced bread, buns, breadsticks, and rolls -- for restaurants and grocery stores. The company has bakeries and distribution centers throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. It also has partnerships with about a dozen foodservice distributors such as SYSCO Corporation and Gordon Food Service. The company is owned and managed by the Klosterman family.

The company provides bread and other bakery items to more than 4,000 restaurants, groceries, hospitals and schools in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Michigan. In addition, Klosterman distributes frozen product throughout the US.
