About The Riverwoods Group
If you ask the staff what the best part of working at RiverWoods is, they’ll tell you it’s the residents. If you ask the residents what the best part of living here is, they’ll tell you it’s the staff.

Since our founding in 1994, RiverWoods has created many opportunities to contribute to our greater community. Both as individuals, and as an organization, RiverWoods employees and residents are involved in many causes throughout the greater Seacoast area, and are known for their charitable work. Whether it’s reading at a local school, knitting mittens for children, building picnic tables for a local teen center, or lending a helping hand to Meals on Wheels, RiverWoods residents share their time and talents.

One of the top reasons RiverWoods is so successful is for the incredible reputation of our healthcare teams. We have low resident-to-staff ratios, which allow our staff to focus on providing quality person-centered care. Our nursing staff enjoy the close-knit, caring environment where they make a difference every day.
Our LNAs are encouraged to learn and grow, through our award-winning LNA Career Ladder Program, as well as access to scholarships to help them continue their education to pursue their LPN or RN designation. Our Nurses are empowered to be leaders on their unit in achieving our mission of providing community and peace of mind.
