HumanGood was founded in the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to live life with enthusiasm, confidence, and security, regardless of physical, social or economic circumstances. Our mission is to ensure that those we serve have every opportunity to become their best selves as they define it. This extends to those who live in our communities, their family and friends, and the team members who serve them.
While the name is new, our mission is not. As American Baptist Homes of the West and be.group before HumanGood, we’ve supported older adults in their well-aging journey for nearly 70 years.

HumanGood offering reimbursement for child or dependent care during pandemicDuring this pandemic, our team members are facing unprecedented challenges, such as managing child or dependent care due to school closures.
To help reduce the cost of additional child care for team members during this time, HumanGood is offering up to $100 reimbursement for dependent care for each day team members are working at HumanGood, up to the IRS annual limit of $5,000. This benefit will be available for all team members (including temporary, casual, and on-call) during the COVID-19 pandemic.
