Accurate Staffing, Inc. is an Akron owned and operated company, founded in Tallmadge, OH in 2008 by Todd Kennedy, who has over 35 years in the industry. Originally opening with a staff of only 2 people, Accurate started small but quickly gained momentum. With a unique candidate and customer-centric focus, a pride in providing the best in customer service to our clients and a unique team culture, Accurate Staffing organically grew within Akron opening offices in Canton and Cuyahoga Falls and eventually Cleveland, OH. Accurate Staffing now has an internal staff of over 85 employees. Throughout the years Accurate Staffing gained invaluable experience in Staffing, Recruitment and Payroll Services; experience that allowed us to offer the best solutions to our clients and always give back to the communities that we service and live in.
In 2012, capitalizing on this experience, Accurate Staffing identified a need in the U.S. employer market and created Accurate Onsite Solutions as an alternative to companies in need of managed onsite contract-to-hire staffing, Accurate Onsite Solutions has established itself as an industry leader for its fresh approach to workforce implementation and management. For companies around the country, including many on the Fortune 500 list, we develop a staffing alternative specifically designed for each client to ensure that you not only get the best person for each job, but that you achieve a competitive edge by maximizing the overall efficiency of your workforce. All of this is provided as an exclusive, onsite managed resource that works seamlessly within your organization. These services reduce employer risks. The creation of (AOS) has allowed Accurate Staffing to offer additional services to our clients and has created new opportunities for our organization. In the previous 6 years, Accurate Staffing has employed over 20,000 people. Whether it is temporary general labor, seasonal workers or full-time permanent placements, Accurate Staffing’s focus on our candidates and clients has allowed us to grow.
