BHI provides training for Wind TechniciansBHI offers great opportunities for people interested in becoming a Wind technician at our Wind Technical Training Center. Our program includes basic safety training and orientation for key specialty areas such as gearbox inspection and repair, blade repair and climb assist installation, all conducted in our Piedmont, SC facility.
This structured training is then supplemented with on-the-job training designed to refine technician skill sets through application, and On-the-Job documentation to track and advance workforce qualifications.
