Diversity & Inclusion
Our D&I Commitment
To unite and inspire the communities within our company as well as those in which we serve by amplifying voices and perspectives to create a culture of belonging, ensuring inclusion, and fairness to all.
Talent:
Our Commitment to Gender Parity
We strive to increase opportunities for women in our workforce globally, and for female factory workers in our supply chain We take a proactive approach to gender pay equity and continually monitor our compensation programs to ensure fairness. We are committed to equal pay for equal work across our Company. When we talk about parity – it must be inclusive of all women and acknowledge intersectionality - the recognition that women also have other identities – whether it be race, religion, sexual orientation, disability status, immigration status or another form of identity.
Our Commitment to Racial Equity and Social Justice
We are committed to ensuring our employee race and ethnicity mix reflects the population make-up of the communities we serve from our Board to our leadership team and across the entire Company. We are committed to supporting and elevating Black talent. For every open role at the Vice President level or above, we are committed to interviewing at least one Black candidate as well as at least one candidate from other underrepresented groups.
Celebration & Recognition:
Our company is home to people from different backgrounds and we celebrate the varied perspectives they bring to Ralph Lauren. We are creating a culture where all employees have a sense of belonging and thrive—as individuals and as a part of our team.
RL Named ‘Best Place for LGBTQ Equality’ for the Second Time (ralphlauren.com)
For the second sequential year, the Ralph Lauren Corporation is proud to receive top marks on our infrastructure for LGBTQIA+ equality in the workplace from the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the largest LGBTQIA+ advocacy group in the United States.
Unlocking Gender Parity in Fashion (ralphlauren.com)
Together, with Parity.org and the support of industry peers and coauthors, we created a first-of-its kind roadmap for the fashion industry to foster holistic gender equity and pay equality. And we’ re calling on our industry to adopt and implement it. The roadmap, grounded in Parity.org’s Parity Model, is divided into a five-point plan, designed to help our industry peers – and our own Company – to eliminate gender disparities in their business:
