About The Coffee Club
The Coffee Club is Australia’s largest home-grown café group with over 270 stores across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, New Caledonia and China, serving more than 40 million cups of coffee every year and employing more than 6,000 staff.
From a single store, which opened in November 1989 at Brisbane’s Eagle Street Pier, to hundreds of outlets throughout Australia and overseas, The Coffee Club has established itself as an iconic household name and preferred venue for millions of coffee drinkers throughout the Asia Pacific region.
With cooperative efforts to promote more corporate socially responsible policies, The Coffee Club is constantly offering support and funding to local communities and schools and contributing to environmental initiatives. Each year, The Coffee Club donates over $200,000 in charity events and assists in raising around $729,000 yearly towards beneficiaries such as Children’s Hospital Foundations Australia.
The Coffee Club experience is taking off overseas, with six cafés in Thailand, 30 in New Zealand, one in New Caledonia and one in China. During 2011, there are plans to open 30 new stores and The Coffee Club is looking at appointing Master Franchisees in Singapore, Egypt and Dubai.
The Coffee Club's unique franchise support system provides outstanding training, innovative marketing and hands-on operational support to our franchise owners, so they consistently deliver on the promise of Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee.
