Our career development program provides regular hands-on learning opportunities such as workshops, seminars, and presentations by technical experts and motivational & inspirational speakers. Hours devoted to career development are guided, logged, and tracked for every team member. A syllabus is published monthly outlining the scheduled courses and dates with frequent additions as new opportunities become available throughout the year. Team members can access all classes online through a Learning Management System, and we visit job sites in order to bring education directly to the field.

A committee creates opportunities for all to get involved and rally around the tagline: ‘Together We Make A Difference’. The logos of the charitable & service organizations supported by team members are displayed on a giant wall at every office location called the ‘Wall of Compassion’. Team members are empowered to form teams that support an organization of their own personal passion or any currently supported organization to qualify for matching funds from the company and earn VTO (Volunteer Time Off) vacation days. Events: Our Health and Wellness program sponsors ongoing challenges and competitions to encourage all team members to focus on their overall health and well-being. From step competitions to gratitude challenges, we make it simple, fun, and always give out the best swag!

Challenges: Our Health and Wellness program hosts events throughout the year to make team members' lives easier. We offer Yoga classes, cooking classes, and host a kickball tourney, just to name a few!

Wellness: Our Health and Wellness program, partnered with our learning and development partners at KeeleyU, is able to offer classes focused on all aspects of health: mental, physical, nutritional, and financial. We also offer confidential small groups hosted by our health and wellness expert, Melissa Swank, to work through individuals' desired goals. Every team member is encouraged to join!
