Formed in 1995, Alta Resources is a leading provider of customer-related business process outsourcing (BPO) for many of the world’s best-known brands in a variety of industries, including consumer-packaged goods (CPG… think products you’d find in a grocery store), health insurance, automotive and entertainment.

What We Do

We provide a variety of services — care, sales, e-commerce, back office and fulfillment — allowing our clients to integrate their core functions through a single partner. Our goal is to help businesses improve and better manage their customers’ experiences across every touch point.

With our dedicated Customer Service and Sales teams, we create a consistent brand experience on our clients’ behalf, helping ensure their customers receive the attention and care they need, want and deserve. Through telephone, email, social media and more, we work “voice-to-voice” to address consumers’ needs and answer their questions.

Giving Back to the Community

As a company, Alta Resources believes strongly in the word "community." So much so, it is one of our Guiding Principles. It is this concern for the communities around us that lead to the creation of AltaHOPE™.

AltaHOPE (Helping Others Prevail Everywhere) is an outreach program advocating community involvement. The goal of the program is to make a difference in the lives of those around us – where we live, work and play. Through AltaHOPE, physical goods and thousands of dollars are raised each year, and donated to local charities. The program sponsors numerous community events and provides opportunities for Altans to volunteer their time and talents to help others.
