With new shops opening and an exciting expansion plan, we currently have a number of Customer Host opportunities across our shops in central London. Our Customer Host's share our brand and passion for creating, making and serving fresh food and great coffee every day.

This is a ‘hands on’ role, and you will be responsible for delivering exceptional EAT. customer service, preparing our great quality food from the freshest of ingredients and working as a team to ensure the shop and our kitchen areas are clean and well presented at all times. We want to see your passion for food and your personality which can create a sense of fun and engagement with all of our customers.

As such an important part of our team, you will receive all of the training and development that you need to fulfil your potential. We are exceptionally proud of our internal succession and you could become an Assistant or General Manager running your very own EAT. within 18 months to 2 years.

We will continue to reward you for your great work. As a Customer Host, all shop teams are eligible to achieve bonus, we have 20 days paid holiday (plus the 8 statutory days – a total of 28), a £6.00 daily food allowance (a total of £1560 free food a year), and that doesn't include the extra £2.00 breakfast allowance for when you work an early shift. There are as many free hot drinks as you could possibly drink in a day, and many other benefits which are too long to list here!
