LFO offers competitive entry level rates for hourly production positions with regular, guaranteed pay
raises through your first 18 months that don’t require relocation. Unlike many companies, Members are
eligible for benefits from day one: full medical, dental and vision insurance for Members and their families.
After one year of service, Members are eligible for additional benefits, such as 401K contributions, profit
sharing bonuses, educational reimbursement rewards, corporate product discounts, community service
