About RESORT VACATION PROPERTIES
RESORT VACATION PROPERTIES is the largest vacation rental company on St. George Island, Florida. The company manages approximately 300 privately owned homes from one to eight bedrooms (a total of almost 1,200 bedrooms) and ranging from 350 to 6500+ square feet in size. Our homes are located on the beautiful St. George Island beach, overlooking the Apalachicola Bay, and everywhere in between.
The four owners purchased the company in 2005, and have over 100 years of combined experience in vacation rentals.
The company employs approximately 60 employees year-round and swells to as many as 80 during the busy summer months. Managers and staff ensure the smooth operation of five departments: Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Administration. RESORT VACATION PROPERTIES manages its own linen cleaning and processing as well, with a dedicated industrial facility of over 5,000 sq ft in Eastpoint. Emergency maintenance service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
RESORT VACATION PROPERTIES works with over 9000 guest reservations per year and about 300 individual properties owners. Great customer service is key to our success and we strive to hire employees for all departments with strong skills in service with a cheerful, positive attitude. Our employees are spread between several different departments and buildings and teamwork is key to our success. We look for conscientious, professional people to join our team.
