Welcome to In-Shape, a growing group of health clubs based in California. We currently have 45 locations and are ranked as one of the top 20 health club companies in the United States.



Notice that we didn’t say “gyms.” That’s because we’re about a whole lot more than just lifting weights, or getting your cardio in. No other health club offers such a comprehensive combination of fitness, recreation, relaxation, and community.



It’s not just about offering more, it’s about offering something bigger. We’re on a mission to help people shape happier, healthier lives. It starts with getting fit, but along the way, our members experience so many other benefits: building confidence, achieving goals, finding peace of mind, and feeling connected.



At In-Shape, we’ve created an environment that allows and encourages our members to be themselves, then supports than in becoming their best selves.
