Samuel Huntington Mansion - UCFS General Administration
UCFS' General Administration building is located in the historic district of Norwich in the Samuel Huntington Mansion. Governor Samuel Huntington was one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence.

The General Administration Building currently houses the HR Department, Grants Department, CEO and Finance Department.

Rock Nook
One of UCFS' oldest buildings, Rock Nook, was originally a children's orphanage. Rock Nook provides a home base for our community based behavioral health services staff along with outpatient billing services and behavioral health administration. Rock Nook is located in the historical district of Norwich on the Norwichtown Green.
Sheltering Arms & Ross Adult Day Center
In 1877 Sheltering Arms served one of the first hospitals in Connecticut until 1893 when Backus Hospital opened.

Sheltering Arms is currently home to a retirement residence that provides a home to 30 male and female residents. Sheltering arms shares a building with our Ross Adult Day Center which provides services for up to 50 elderly and/or disabled adults 5 days per week.
