RQ is a privately held design-build firm located in Carlsbad, California, with regional offices in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, Jacksonville, Florida, and Cuba. Established in 1996, RQ has developed a reputation of providing quality design and construction services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
