One of the region's largest locally owned and operated contract management companies located in the heart of Baltimore City. With over 1500 dedicated employees and 6 divisions: Security, Parking, Transportation, Transport Services, Housekeeping, Property/Facility Management, and Live-Scan Fingerprinting Broadway Services Inc. (BSI) offers a wide variety of specialty services conducting business across the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Our Security Division, known as SILVER STAR SECURITY, is one of the largest security forces in the region, protecting and patrolling over 12,000,000 square feet of property in the area. Our officers are trained to handle all security and protection needs of our customers with our command staff having over 70 years of experience in the field.

The JANITORIAL SERVICES Division of Broadway Services has over 400 employees, servicing several million square feet daily in the region. Trained by seasoned building supervisors, the staff is aided by the services of a full-time QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER who oversees on-site training, performs building inspections, and works closely with our expanding client base.

The PARKING Division of Broadway Services employs client-specific management models to assist in maximizing revenue. Our supervisors are on-site for all shifts, and we maintain comprehensive software controls that provide accounting, auditing, and revenue reconciliation.

Broadway Services’ drivers in TRANSPORT SERVICES travel 1.5 million miles annually delivering goods for a variety of entities. All drivers are uniformed and have completed our training program which includes a thorough background check, drug screening, and driving evaluations.

Broadway Services, Inc. provides SHUTTLE SERVICES within the mid-Atlantic region. We meet the transportation needs of area medical institutions, colleges and universities, municipalities, private groups, corporations, and the general public. We transport 1.7 million passengers annually. Our drivers are CDL licensed and have successfully passed a background check, a drug screening, and a driving evaluation. Our drivers are also proficient in the operation of wheel chair lifts for vehicles with that capacity.

The PROPERTY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT Division of Broadway Services provides a variety of management services to real estate partnerships of our local government agencies and The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions. We manage over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the region, providing building care and maintenance.

Broadway Services is a Maryland-certified LIVESCAN provider authorized by COMAR Regulation 12.15.0 to submit fingerprints electronically for the purpose of obtaining a record of applicants’ criminal history. The information obtained is sent directly to the requesting agency with applicants receiving a printed verification form.

Each year Broadway Services, Inc. hosts the BROADWAY’S BEST awards banquet to highlight the achievements of our employees who have been singled out by their managers and supervisors for exemplary performance..

At the awards banquet, which annually recognizes over 200 employees, the focus is on the men and women who come to work each day and diligently give their all in doing their very best to serve our customers.
