STA Employee Appreciation WeekWe are proud of the services provided by our employees each day, and it's important to use that each individual understands how valued they are. Every year in April, we sponsor a company-wide “Employee Appreciation Week” when all of our team members are celebrated for their dedication to the safety of our passengers and high levels of service to our customers. Our managers coordinate cookouts, parties, and award ceremonies throughout the week, inviting our school district partners and other community members to attend the celebrations!
